Vegan Chocolate Dessert Cups

These vegan chocolate dessert cups are so easy to make, and they're perfect for any occasion!

You can use them to make a quick treat at home or bring them on the go in your lunch bag.

They're also great for parties because they're easy to eat with one hand while holding a drink in the other.

This was the best dessert I've had in a long time and it was SO easy! Everyone was "ohhhhing" and "ahhhing"! Cannot recommend this enough!

 


Ingredients:

    • 2 cups Malibu Mylk
    • 1/4 c honey or maple syrup
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1.5 c dark chocolate

Instructions:

    1. Simmer the milk and honey.
    2. Pour over chocolate in a blender.
    3. Add pinch of salt and blend until smooth. 
    4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or freeze for 1 hour. Serve with homemade whipped cream.
