Easy Flax Milk Breakfast Recipes

Here are some great recipes to try:
Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups Malibu Mylk
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Zest of lemon
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a baking dish, mash the bananas until they are smooth. Mix together the oats, flax milk, chia seeds frozen berries, and salt. Add the zest of lemon on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve.
Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Malibu Mylk Vanilla
- 2 TB chia
- 1 TBs maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients into a jar.
- Cover and refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Protein Latte
Ingredients:
- Malibu Mylk Plant Milk
- Protein Powder
- coconut chai latte mix
- 1/2 - 1 cup organic coffee
- cinnamon
Instructions:
- Choose your base milk. We like something rich in omega 3’s like @malibumylk’s flax milk, lightly sweetened with dates.
- Add a scoop of high-quality protein powder.
- Add a superfood mix like coconut chai latte mix OR 1/2 - 1 cup organic coffee.
- Whisk it up and serve hot or cold with an optional creamer like cinnamon for flavor.
5 Minute Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick organic oats
- 1/2 cup Malibumylk Plant Milk + 1/2 cup water
- 2 scoops collagen
- 1 TBSP nut or seed butter + 1/2 TBSP each pumpkin and sunflower seeds high in omega 3 fatty acids & key minerals
- Handful blueberries rich in fiber and antioxidants
- Drizzle of raw or sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions:
- Mix your oats, collagen (or vegan protein powder), water, and plant milk together, and then heat on a stovetop or microwave.
- Add your nut butter, seeds & fruit, and top with the sweetener of choice!
Iced Latte
Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
- Plant Milk (Malibu Mylk)
Instructions:
- Froth 2 shots of espresso, agave syrup & cinnamon together then add the milk.
- Add ice & enjoy!
High Protein Banana Bread Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup Malibu Mylk
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein
- cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan (except protein) and cook on medium heat until the oats are nice and thick!!
- Stir in your protein last, and then transfer to a bowl.
- Top with toppings of choice!
