Shipping & Returns
Our warehouse makes every effort to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being received, if your order is placed Monday - Friday. If you do not receive tracking within 72 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends) please send an email to email@example.com and we will look into the status of your order.
Returns are not accepted, please see the Refunds section if there is an issue with your order.
We do not accept cancellations after you've placed your order.
We do not give refunds since these are perishable items. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and we can make sure you receive replacements.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
